The ELECTROLUX LOC8H39WZ is a built-in electric oven from the MealAssist 700 series with a capacity of 72 L. SteamCrisp combines hot air and steam to keep meat, fish and baked dishes moist inside while browning the outside; water for steam is poured into a built-in tank. A food probe measures the temperature inside the food and gives a signal, or stops cooking, when the set value is reached.
