1. Who processes your data

The PayBuy online store (paybuy.am) is operated by StepBuy LLC («ՍՏԵՊԲԱՅ» ՍՊԸ, TIN 08331703, Republic of Armenia). Data is processed in accordance with the RA Law on Protection of Personal Data.

2. What data we collect

· For an order: first and last name, phone number, delivery address, email (if given), the ordered products, and the preferred delivery day and time.

· When you create an account: email and password (the password is stored in encrypted form).

· On delivery: the serial numbers of the products (SN/IMEI), your signature confirming you received the product undamaged, and photos of the handed-over products.

· Technical: your browser stores the cart identifier and the chosen language and currency. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

3. Why we use it

· To process and deliver your order and to stay in touch with you.

· For warranty service.

· To confirm the handover of the product.

· To meet accounting and other obligations set by law.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. It may be provided only:

· to authorised service centres, for warranty service (product and warranty details),

· to state authorities, where the law requires it.

5. Storage and protection

We keep data for as long as needed for the order, the warranty and our legal obligations. Signatures and delivery photos are kept in closed storage that only the store's management can access. The website works over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

6. Your rights
