When will I get my order?

We deliver 24/7 — day or night, on weekdays and weekends. At checkout you can choose the day and time that suit you (at least 48 hours after placing the order), and we will deliver right at that time. If you don't choose a day and time, we'll call you and find the most convenient moment together.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery in Yerevan is free. In the regions it is free up to 30 km from Yerevan, then 100 AMD per kilometre. The amount is calculated automatically when you choose the address.

How can I pay?

You pay on delivery — in cash or by card (ArCa, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via a POS terminal. Bank transfer against an invoice is also possible. Cash is not accepted for orders over 300,000 AMD.

Can I return a product?

An unopened product can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Do the products have a warranty?

Yes. The warranty period is stated on the warranty card. For warranty service, contact us: we will take the product and send it to an authorised service centre ourselves. Please keep the warranty card and the payment receipt.

Can you install the product?

Yes. For products that need installation (for example a washing machine, an air conditioner or a water heater), you can order installation at checkout or by contacting us.
